Do I need a referral?

For most PPO plans, no referral is needed. However, if you have an HMO or certain Medicare Advantage plans, your primary care doctor must send a referral before your visit.

What if I don't have insurance?

We offer affordable self-pay rates for consultations and procedures. We accept Cash, Credit Cards, and CareCredit financing plans.

Are custom orthotics covered?

This varies by plan. Many commercial plans cover custom orthotics, while Medicare generally only covers diabetic shoes. We check this specifically for you.

What is my co-pay?

Your co-pay is determined by your insurance plan (usually listed on your card as "Specialist"). This amount is due at the time of service.
