Are Custom Orthotics Covered?
It depends on your specific plan. Many plans (like 1199, some BCBS, and Oxford) cover them fully or partially. If coverage is denied, we offer competitive flat-rate cash pricing and accept CareCredit.
Do I need a Referral?
HMO Plans: Yes, you generally need a referral from your PCP.
PPO Plans: No referral is usually required. We can help verify this for you over the phone.
What if I have no insurance?
We offer transparent self-pay rates for consultations and procedures. We accept major credit cards and cash. We believe quality foot care should be accessible to everyone.
What do I bring to my visit?
Please bring your photo ID, current insurance card, and a referral (if your plan requires one). For workers' comp or No-Fault, please bring your claim number and carrier details.
