What qualifies as "Urgent Care"?
We prioritize infections, fractures, severe heel pain, and ingrown toenails for same-day appointments at all our NYC locations. If you are in acute pain, please call us to be seen immediately.
How fast is recovery from Bunion Surgery?
Using Lapiplasty® 3D Correction, most patients are walking in a protective boot within days of surgery, rather than weeks. We create a personalized recovery timeline during your surgical consultation.
Do I need a referral for Custom Orthotics?
Generally, no. We can perform a 3D Laser Scan of your feet during any consultation to determine if you need orthotics. Some insurance plans may require pre-authorization, which our team handles for you.
Do you offer non-surgical options?
Yes. Surgery is always our last resort. We utilize EPAT Shockwave Therapy, regenerative medicine injections, and physical therapy referrals to treat tendonitis, ankle sprains, and plantar fasciitis conservatively.
